To my surprise, they got back to me the next day and fixed it without loads of back and forth. The reply was clear enough, though it did feel a little short. I still ended up checking the app myself afterward just to make sure everything had actually updated, which chipped away at my trust a bit. Overall, the support was helpful and fast, but not quite perfect. I’d give it 4 stars.
