"Excellent customer service"
Have had two flights cancelled with them and both time having contacted them via Facebook they have responded immediately and dealt with the refund. The only problem with the second refund was that we had booked through OPODO so therefore the monies were refunded to them. Now the real nightmare begins trying to get it back from OPODO. Eurowings sent us supporting documentation within a few minutes of request. Cannot fault their service.
